We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tyler Childers official merchandise; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and music media must be in their original sealed packaging to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
